Continued Professional Development (CPD)
At Xavier, we are committed to offering bespoke Continuing Professional Development tailored to the needs and preferences of our programme members. We actively listen to our members in order to keep our CPD offerings relevant and impactful to their practice.
Whether you are an ECT, mentor, or induction tutor, you have free access to our additional training materials. We regularly advertise these opportunities in our ECF weekly bulletin, making it easy for you to sign up for any sessions that interest you. All sessions are also available on our website, ensuring you can access the resources you need, when you need them.
We have collected feedback from our programme members regarding their preferred areas for additional training (please see the table below for details). We plan to organise CPD sessions throughout the year to cover these topics, ensuring that all members have the opportunity to enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational developments.
