Week 23
Dear ECTs, mentors and induction tutors,
Please find attached the Year 1 Week 23 bulletin (for the week commencing Monday 13th March).
The focus of Module 4 is assessment and how to effectively assess your pupil's learning in the most meaningful manner with the most impact.
Apologies you didn’t receive our bulletin yesterday, we were waiting for some information from our facilitators and have been welcoming Ofsted inspectors into Xavier to support with Teach First’s inspection of their ECF programme.
Please see below a letter from our CEO, James Kibble regarding the inspection process.
Dear All,
I wanted to update you on the outcome of the Teach First Ofsted inspection earlier this week. Much like in schools, we’re not allowed to share the result until the report is published but please know that Teach First and ourselves as a Delivery Partner of the ECF Programme are very pleased with the outcome!
As you the judgment received could not have been achieved without the consistently excellent contribution made by so many others in the wider enterprise. So, thank you so much, not only for all of you who were involved in the inspection but to everyone who plays a part in what we do, the commitment to either becoming a great teacher or supporting others to become one is phenomenal in this partnership. We are incredibly grateful to you for everything you do and feel truly blessed to work with such great people.
James Kibble
