High-quality seminars delivered by expert practitioners

To offer such a high-quality ECF programme to over 350 ECTs, the Xavier Teach School Hub has partnered with a group of 24 schools renowned for high-quality training and a commitment to CPD.

These schools work closely with small groups of ECTs, building strong relationships and engaging them in their own professional development through the module seminars. The feedback from the seminars reflects the quality of provision, with on average 98.6% of ECTs stating that the seminars have a direct and positive impact on their practice.
