Dear Year 2 ECTs, mentors and induction tutors,

Summer is finally here!   

Please find attached the final Year 2 bulletin of this academic year. May we take this opportunity to extend our very warmest CONGRATULATONS to the very first cohort of ECTs to complete the 2-year induction programme! 

ECTs - We hope that your ECT experience has been a positive one and we are very much enjoying reading the assessments that are currently in the process of being uploaded to ECT Manager. Please read the bulletin carefully, as it explains how you can access your completion certificates. Successfully completing induction is a significant achievement and we wish you every success in what we hope will be a long and happy career. If, at some point, you are interested in completing an NPQ, we hope to have the opportunity to work with you again! The NPQ link is in the bulletin.

Mentors and induction tutors – Thank you for all you have done to support your ECT(s) through their induction journey. We are acutely aware of the time that mentoring, in particular, takes and appreciate your dedication and commitment to the ECF programme.
