Please see below the documentation your induction tutor will use to support you through your progress reviews and end of year assessments.

A reminder that you will have a progress review at the end of term 1, 2, 4 and 5. Each progress review involves the ECT completing the self refection form below with the support of their mentor and discussing this with their induction tutor. There is more detailed guidance in the induction tutor area of this secure members area if needed.  At the end of each year, your induction tutor will be required to complete a more formal assessment, in this case you will be required to reflect on your progress against each of the Teachers' Standards, however the process is the same.
