One of the key roles of an induction tutor is to monitor and assess the ECT's progress over the two-year induction period.  To support this role the Xavier team have provided training, proformas and guidance all of which can be found on the secure member area.  Here you will find a dedicated induction tutor area with all the resources required to undertake ECT's assessments in school.
